My very old garage door would not open. I submitted a yelp request to Door Tech and within minutes on a Sunday, I got a message to call Oren. We discussed the situation and scheduled a time for a site inspection. Communication was great before the appointment - as we needed to make a few time changes - and then Oren was right on time. After looking at the door and talking through possible long term options, Oren offered to fix the immediate issue and a short while later the door was fully operable again. The price was very acceptable for the level of service and time spent.
